COURBET may have taken the disruptive decision to work only with lab-grown diamonds, the techniques we use when making our jewellery are rooted in centuries of tradition. The craftsmen and women in our studios bring precious materials to life, revealing the diamond in all its splendour.

 

Lab-grown diamond

 

From the very beginning, lab-grown diamonds - legally known as “synthetic diamonds” - were at the core of COURBET. An environmentally friendly stone, consisting of 100% carbon, with the exact same structure as mined diamonds. A bold and defying choice that embedded both innovation and ecology in the brand’s DNA, giving way to its vocation : providing a new alternative jewellery.

 

Recycled gold

 

Visionary when it comes to its high tech and sustainable sourcing, COURBET naturally chose recycled gold to create its jewellery collections, alongside lab grown diamonds. With this choice, the brand stays true to its ecological commitment by forgoing the impactful gold extraction in favor of urban mining. All COURBET jewellery is made of 18K gold.
